First off I will say I do not like the virtual checkin with person overseas, hard to communicate and understand the person. The side door down by our room location kept being left propped open with a rock and when we were sitting in the car in the lot there were a lot of people coming in and out an also saw a car drop off a woman who you could clearly tell was working came into the door. It was an ok place to stay but wouldn't go back. Pillows are horrible and matress was significantly leaning to one side

Clean room , helpful staff when I had to leave 2 days early, good breakfast

Great breakfast. Clean room. Had a maintenance issue - the closet door hinges came out. Registered a maintenance request. Was fixed the same day. Very satisfied.

the room was nice, clean and comfortable. My only note would be that the GYM could stand to be a bit bigger.

Overall OK stay, served its purpose. Staff were helpful. However, TV was not working the first 2 night (total stay 3 nights) of our stay. On the last day we were there TV got fixed but staff used our bathroom. We found out because there was urine on our toilet seat… mind you we were 2 girls staying in that room. It’s was g

Right away first impression was bad. We went to check in at the front and were directed by the front desk associate to go to a kiosk to check in. You could barely hear or understand the person on the kiosk with all the sound in the lobby. Weird process to go through if there is someone physically present and working the front desk. Same process for checkout, go to the kiosk and checkout with someone you can barely hear while staff and other guests all talk in the lobby area. The room and linens all smelt like mold or dirt. The water running from the sink and shower also smelt like dirt. The main lighting in the room was flickering and barely working. The breakfast spread was minimum, and we chose to go get food elsewhere considering how everything looked. Over $100 for one night only and we wish we had never booked here. I would have rather stayed at a Motel 6 with how everything was here. Will not be back and do not recommend to anyone. If I could get a refund I would.

Very clean room. Fast check-in. Receptionist was super nice. A very smooth check-in and check-out!

Great place to stay only thing I wish is they had normal size pillows on the beds
-
Small room but decent for the price. Breakfast was decent for the price. The bathroom door was awful. It was a pocket door that was hard and LOUD to open and close. Definitely disturbing to sleeping people sharing a room. Walls were super thin so could hear neighbors too.

We did enjoy our stay, the hotel is in a good location, the breakfasts were great. The hotel has also a small swimming pool, and fitness room but we didn't 't use them. Staff was helpful. The frequency of house keeping is limited, unless you request it. Overall we did enjoy the stay at this Sleep In.

Breakfast was great. 12 noon checkout was a dream. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything was comfortable and enjoyable.

Very comfortable and quiet. Truly appreciated how clean our room was. Breakfast was good! Not the usual watery eggs you find at other places. The eggs were cooked all the way through and did not taste like powdered. The lady refreshing the breakfast items was thorough and kept things refilled - especially with so many people coming in at once. Front desk was excellent.

I paid for a double room double bed under the impression it was a double room meaning two rooms because I had my mother in law and kids with me thought it was a conjoined room. But since we were checking in at 2 in the morning I was told had to either pay for that night before or an extra night to check in that early. Then I called Expedia and was told they would refund the extra night I paid for but when I got to the office the refused and said no confirmation from Expedia and the lady at the office was very rude almost confrontational. The money doesn't even matter to me anymore it's the disrespect and unhelpfulness I received from the place

We had to leave super early. asked the check in girl. ask if the wife could have a muffin or something left out. And nothing. but that is minor.
-
The place is a good basic place to hang your hat. Breakfast bar was good. Biggest complaint: the check-in process took a long time -- the lady behind the desk seemed very competent and conscientious, but went through a long list of questions and issues ...

The room was never cleaned even after the front office promised me it would be taken care of. The toilet was broken and they never came to fix it, I had to fix it myself. Terrible communication with management

A/C was so loud, main entrance door wouldn’t fully close, needed a receptionist help and on the desk it had a sign saying “out helping a guest be back shortly” was standing 20 minutes til I asked a housekeeper so happens there wasn’t a receptionist had to use the virtual computer for help.

We enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and lobby refreshments options. Only real issue was noisy neighbors one morning and the walls between rooms seemed super thin. Fortunately it was only a problem for one day. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Overall served our purposes just fine.

Keep your expectations reasonable and you will be happy. It’s a pretty good place.
