We had a large suite and enjoyed the extra space. We couldn't find the light switch for the bathroom mirror light. The sink was clogged. Overall the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Suite could use updating. There was an enormous tub in full view of the rest of the room-just get rid of it! Hotel location is great with shopping & restaurants nearby.

Awesome staff. Room was better than I expected! Pool was awesome!!

Beautiful lobby that I was able to sit in front of the fireplace and read. We were staying for the Packer game but still used the sauna, hot tub and pool. Our room was very clean and quiet for sleeping. Parking was right in front of the hotel and the area was extremely safe.

Let’s just say first not booking with Expedia anymore. Was having issues with Expedia well, make the story short, the nice guy Tuesday afternoon, was helping me and I was upset and crying and told him, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. He was going to book me an room through them and he was all booked cause of the home game Thursday and I told him yeah, I knew that, that is why I booked all the way back in May cause I knew about the game. I booked 2 rooms cause there were 4 of us but two weeks ago found out that forth person wasn’t coming so that i’m gonna say (Jamaican guy) he was so nice and told me that I could check in for 1 room and call Expedia and have them call the hotel and cancel the second room and he was so nice that it was even cheaper than it was before and he made me happy and smiling. Sorry, I don’t know his name but he was so nice and helped me through the whole process.

The air conditional/heater in our room (212) was VERY noisy at times making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were nice, the property was clean and maintained, and our room was very comfortable. There are places to eat close by.

Extremely clean and well managed!!

In our initial room on of the beds hard blood over the top end of the bed near the pillow area. While they change our room that night. No one from management reached out to us to apologize

The rooms were about what you would expect. A couple stains on places in the room that made it feel a little icky. The pool also looks like it isn't cleaned very often. The side doors lock after dark and the key doesn't let you in.

The hotel is quite dated. They have cloth covers on the furniture in the lobby. We didn’t get housekeeping service. We had to pay $25 for a two hour early check-in when nearly all the rooms were vacant.
