Aloft by Marriott Green Bay

Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Need ice machine on another floor, so you do not have to go down to lobby and a microwave.

Clean room, very nice staff. Hot tub was in good working condition.

Staff helpfulness and polite & very clean room. Nothing that they could could control/ the guest next door to us really loud into the evening.

Only issue was no microwave in room and the shower leaked water outside of the door so the floor would get very wet. Otherwise clean room, friendly staff, beautiful hotel.

I never stayed at a a loft before, but with a Marriott brand it is expected to be nice and it definitely met my expectations. The open comfy vibe in the reception area who was nice and having a bar in the lobby was a nice bonus as well. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was great and there was a nice outdoor patio area as well. We paid for a breakfast in advance with our reservation and that was fairly disappointing, and then they charged us on site twice for it and didn’t want to give us a refund back even though we showed them our initial charge. The breakfast was a Credit and you chose items out of the cooler to purchase and they had limited hot breakfast items that a person heated up. It was pretty nasty like eating at a gas station so I wouldn’t recommend eating any of the hot food. I would just buy whatever you want there and not in advance. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Property was very nice and convenient. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

We loved Aloft-Green Bay! Everything about our stay was wonderful- the amenities, the cleanliness, the general maintenance/upkeep, and especially the employees! We specifically chose it and highly valued that it is dog-friendly and that they have rooms in close proximity to an exit for taking the dog outside.

Great Stay

The front desk staff member that checked us in was unprofessional and weird. It took almost 10 minutes to get us room keys and then after hauling all our stuff to the room the key card didn’t work. Overall though, nice hotel-very clean. We liked that the pool is open 24 hours.
