The staff was so helpful. Everyone was very nice. They had a lot of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. While we were waiting to go to the chris brown concert I appreciated everyone. The restaurants were awesome. The property was very clean and our room was up to par. Thank you so much

I should have gone down to front desk but we were too tired from the 8 hr drive….

The staff was great. I came in town for a concert. The hotel was booked and very busy when I arrived. However, I was checked in and settled into my room within 10 mins. The room I originally booked wasn’t ready so I opted for a double queen room and to accommodate me, my pet fee was comped. No complaints and I would book this hotel again.

Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problems. On Friday evening, while my fiancé and I were getting dressed for the game, an entire family was mistakenly allowed to enter our room. Thankfully, I had on my underclothes at the time. This was an extremely serious privacy and security issue. My fiancé went downstairs with the family to address the situation with the front desk. When we returned from the game later that evening, my room key no longer worked. My fiancé went to the front desk to have the key reset. The desk clerk then told him that our reservation was showing for the previous weekend. After more than 45 minutes of discussion and waiting. Unfortunately, Saturday brought another issue.We left the hotel for a few hours and called the front desk to have our room refreshed. The housekeeper moved a cup of oil i had on the face bowl with Skin so Soft Oil in it. They should never remove anything from your room. would appreciate a prompt response from someone in management regarding all my issues. Thanks

This was the worst stay ever. The first room they gave me someone was still in the shower. The second room they gave me was a queen and I reserved a king. The third room they gave me was still dirty. Terrible experience staying there.

Stayed just for 1 night for an adult getaway. Check-in was smooth and the young taller lady who was there on the 6th was great. She was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and modern. The price was very well worth it and we had so much to get to and do.

Location! It is situated in the middle of dining and entertainment.

Hotel was clean and amenities are great. The parking can be a bit of a challenge due to the epic center restaurants and attractions. Valet is not too expensive. We would stay here again
