Comfort Inn & Suites Glen Mills - West Chester

Great room at an excellent price. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, clean room, and close to Longwood Gardens

Clean friendly

There was a lot of work going on, trying to contain a ceiling leak in the hall. When we arrived, it looked like they had just finished cleaning a spill or water leak. The next day was better. Floors polished. It's fine for a quick weekend, but could use some refurbishment. The initial activities of trying to clean up a mess/spill.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean Breakfast was excellent Location was behind another building and a little hard to see at first.

Very good

Superb

The location was perfect for me. The breakfast could have been better. The eggs weren’t good for my taste.

I have been going back for the past 3 years. I never have anything to complain about. And the Indian restaurant has awesome food and drinks.

The property was very hard to get into with the layout of the streets. We were not particularly happy with the type of sink that was in the room. I was definitely not pleased that I had to pay a $100 security deposit. Even though it was refundable, I never ever had to pay a security deposit at a hotel before. That was a totally unnecessary expense, even if it was temporary.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There's just nothing around it. And if you're trying to get public transport from there to more Central Philly, it's going to be a 2-hour bus ride

Don't expect to use the pool. It was green and has dirt in the bottom. Never cleaned.

The room had a problem… felt humid inside and water tasted strange. A/c was running (noisy off and on depending on if it was blowing or not)… but felt too humid.

the bed was too high for me.

The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold and not staffed to accommodate the needs of the hotel guests.

Clean hotel..good location and friendly staff. The breakfast was not good. Everything was cold and not staffed to accommodate the needs of the hotel guests.

There was not much I liked about this hotel. There was no working air conditioning in the lobby or hallways. The entire 3rd floor smelled like mildew. My room was so damp that the furniture was all moist when we arrived. The entire outside is under construction and the parking lot was filled with trash.

Too many Nats flying around in the bathroom
