Location and breakfast was good. The price was higher than other hotels in the area. There were strange odors throughout the hotel and it was not as quiet as was expected.

Very clean, towels were changed daily, overall nice hotel pillows could have been better but if that’s my only complaint I’ll take it

Staff at check in rude and demanding. They made it seem like I was checking into a jail. Pathetic and embarrassing. Will not be here again.

Ac did not work and when it came on, I immediately my nose became stuffy. Bed was very uncomfortable

The location was excellent, close to White Rock Lake and there was no additional charge for parking! The breakfast was lacking. There was no cheese for the eggs and the hashbrowns were terrible, but at least they offered a hot breakfast.

The elevator had a terrible smell. It burned my nose just being in there. The pool door didn’t unlock so we had to wait for a guest to open the door. There was a weird smell in the restrooms but the staff was very sweet.
