I like that the rooms are clean and the staff was really nice but one thing I did not like and it makes the place look bad is all the trash that is around the stairs going up the rides. People are leaving trash on the windows and when you go up the stairs to the rides as one thing that you can see right away, it needs to be clean more often

Clearly a place for kids to have fun

My grandkids had a blast with the amenities just need to vacuum the hallway especially cause it’s all carpet but otherwise love the place!!!

Couple of loser stoners vaping in the hall ways late at night and some of the more common high traffic areas around the first two floor elevators kinda mildew smell but it is a giant water park hotel with very reasonable room rates close to Disney so can’t complain to much. Wish the water parks stayed open later but would definitely stay there again. Biggest con… it’s a water park themed hotel with no onsite laundry so if staying for many days prepare for a trip to the laundry mat. There are a few that are close by.

Unfortunately, Great Wolf Lodge in Anaheim has gone downhill. We’ve been going as a family for almost a decade and by far, this trip has been the most unpleasant. I paid over $200 for a room “upgrade” and from the minute we walked out of the elevator and onto the floor, there was a horrible smell which carried into the room. The air conditioning unit smelled when it was turned on. The plumbing and hardware in the shower was gross and didn’t work well which caused over flow of water onto the bathroom floor. The beds are uncomfortable. These rooms are supposed to be “updated” and “upgraded” but they are poorly maintained. Also, because the resort sells day passes, finding space in the water park has become difficult. The minimal places to eat food were overcrowded and overbooked and we were unable to sit down anywhere to eat. We’ve always loved going to GWL, however, we will rethink going back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and all the amenities where enjoyable for the whole family

Nighttime noise control, activity supervision, and transparency about the incidental hold were not. After 15 years of visits, this one left a sour taste.If you need actual sleep or you’re watching every dollar, go in with eyes WIDE OPEN

The only thing that could be improved is the check in, we spent about 1 hour in the line.
