Reception is very helpful and friendly . Check in experience was welcoming, easy and very positive. Front desk service was exceptional

The hallways were dirty and the outside doors did not lock. However, the room was clean and bed comfortable. The room AC made a racket, and a guest played loud music the whole night. The check in is also done through a TV with the person on Zoom so we weren't even sure if there was a manager on premise.

The room was clean and nice, some hair here and there, towels not in a perfect shape, but my stay was good, for the price I was happy

I asked for Room Service and they didnt show up. But hopefully it'll go good next time cause I really like this place. Out of our three day stay i had a incredible time.. the room was exquisite. Also the phone didnt work too. We tried to call someone but nothing happen. Sorry my review is everywhere but gotta get other things going .

Clean room for a decent price for a quick overnight stay. Some construction going on. A little noisy.

First - the check in person was a screen! I’ve never experienced that before. It was weird. In my room, there were only 2 tissues left in the tissue box, there were no bags in any of the garbage pails and on the balcony outside, there was a huge empty Dunkin Donuts cup and a lighter on the ground. I didn’t hang out on the balcony. The bed was nice & all of the room things worked (tv, lights, etc.)

The virtual check in lacked personal touch and pride. The shower could not be adjusted. The blow dryer was a fire hazard. The light switch nearly falls into the wall. Towels were thread bare. There was no extra toilet paper and no kleenex at all. Toilet paper holder location too far from toilet..TV didnt work. Non-smoker room, but odor of smoke in hallways.
