Rooms are nice; however, need fan updating and sheer curtains look like rags.

This hotel was wonderful!!! Clean and very nice sized room! All the amenities you could want! Breakfast was included and fantastic! Can't say enough good things about the place!!

Super easy check in and out! 5-10 min drive away from downtown Galena. Loved the pool and the jetted tub in the room. Breakfast was a nice addition. Staff was excellent. Affordable! Will be coming back!

My family stayed for a quick weekend trip and it was wonderful. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The pool had a waterslide that my kids loved and a hot tub that my hubby and I enjoyed. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very tasty.

From beginning to end, the front desk staff was phenomenal! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were quite comfortable and the room/facilities were well maintained/clean. I was also impressed with the quality and selection of products available during the included breakfast. In addition, the coffee and cookies were a nice touch. The pool area was nice and I was pleased to see that they are salt water versus chlorine. The bathroom in my room was quite outdated. In addition, the fan was not working well for circulating air throughout the bathroom. With the door open and fan on, it was extremely stuffy and humid. This made getting ready extremely uncomfortable and difficult. My only other complaint would be the difficulty in finding drinking water/water fountain. The water fountain in the pool area was out of order and the water dispenser in the gym was short lived.

Pool was always busy. Cookies 24 hrs a day were great! Room was comfortable and clean. A little drive to downtown. Overall great experience.

Great Staff! So ckean!

The hot breakfast was good, nice variety to choose from The room was very clean and mattress was a cross between medium and firm. The TV was a bit small for the room size but was passable. We will stay there again if in the area

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very nice. Friendly staff, easy check in check out, nice pool area, really enjoyed the whirlpool. Room was great. Breakfast was ok. Quite pleased overall. The elevator wasn't working overnight? Maybe that's normal but was a bit inconvenient when going outside for a late night smoke.
