I booked our room while in the parking lot of the hotel. Got the Confirmation number and went inside, and paid for the room. I got charged, later, a $20 charge for a protection plan that I obviously did not need. I consider that a rip-off. When I asked for a written receipt, I was told they could not produce it, because I booked through Expedia. Bad way to do business.

If there was a rating higher than 5 I feel the staff surely earned it. In customer relations, there’s trained and natural courtesy and everyone from housekeeping to the front desk were all natural. Now that’s a great way to run a business. Whenever I visit my stay will always be at the doubletree!! P.S. I loved the cookies!

Everything was clean and bright. Staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. I used the pool and had breakfast and I will definitely stay again.

Cons.. If you are handicapped or cant walk far distances parking may be an issue, there is no hot tub like it is stated on expedia, there's a $50 deposit per night of your stay that I wasn't aware of.
