The location was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room is dated especially the bathroom. It was mostly clean, bit things like the mirror were not. Pricing is a little high for the age of the hotel and shape. Breakfast was lacking as well. No protein options.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. The tub was a bit grubby. Breakfast was bread, waffles or yogurt.

Was easy to find, clean and quiet. Only problem was with air conditioning unit. Had to set it to 64 degrees in order to keep room comfortable

The location of this property is very convenient and easy to access, which was perfect for our itinerary. However, there are a few things future guests should factor in before booking.First, they advertise breakfast, but it is extremely basic. I would not call it a true breakfast as there were absolutely no proteins just waffles and cereal.Second, the bed was completely sunken in and it is definitely time for a replacement. It made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.It is a handy place to stay for the location alone, but you should definitely plan to grab a real breakfast elsewhere and be prepared for worn-out mattresses.

Everything was fine and expectations relative to price point were met. There is a gas station rearby and Einstein Bagel across parking lot and a nice Mexican restaurant across the street. My 3rd or 4th time staying here and I would again.

Location How dirty and stained and old it is. Last year the sinks were t brown nor was the bathroom floor dirty. Baseboards were bad, caulking bad.

The location is good for long road trips. Right next to the highway with a reasonable number of restaurants and amenities nearby. Downtown Fruita is just across the freeway and is a cute little town. Its pretty rundown. It was mostly clean but had stains on the carpet, dog claw marks on the bathroom door, etc. Its perfectly fine for what it is...a place to sleep on a long road trip. Just don't expect more than that. I think the price is a little high for what you get.

Our room got upgraded because the electric went out in our room, so that was nice. We only stayed overnight, so we didn't use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was really nonexsistant. Wafflemaker was nice, but no bacon or sausage. If you want more choices for breakfast, stay somewhere else.

Person who checked us in was rude and I hurt my ankle on a bar sticking out from base of bed that shouldn’t have been there!! Terrible stay!
