How the elevators opened doors on both sides and you could see dirty laundry baskets and employees. Beds could be more comfortable

Overall a good property! Good staff, nice rooms, clean, good location, pool is nice. Downside is the elevators and this has been an issue for years now (same issue two years ago). Only one worked but opened both sides. One of our two days they were working on them which made neither work.

The staff were very friendly. A staff member noticed that we were celebrating my twins birthday, and was very kind to them. The room was clean and nice. Will book again on next visit to Frisco.

The guys at the front desk were amazing! I had a faulty chip in my card and they were able to help me do a workaround and get it processed! Amazing accomplishment after a very long day of travel!
