Breakfast buffet was a very limited menu compared to other Holiday Inn locations. Bathrooms were not very clean but manageable. It was a blessing to have a parking lot instead of paying for self parking.

Clean room

Temperature of the room The Indian smell in the lobbies. The stained bathtub and toilet. My room smelled like a sweaty man

1st off Hotel looks ok from the outside. Yard cut, parking lot clean, but the inside told another story. I think by far this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. Cleanliness was lacking, building needs to be upgraded asap. So please don't waste your time or money. Breakfast was the best thing going. Great area just need to remodeled.

Dirty, bad smells, sink not in working properly

Location Bathtub stained and dirty looking Toilet lid stained and dirty looking No towel racks No maid service When I asked for towels, I was told to get them off the cart myself... No extra blanket No one at the service desk at check out time... Then the guy finally comes out looking like he just woke up... Even when I called, no one answered Worse Holiday Inn stay ever!!

The property is reasonably clean except for the floor of the elevators. I think that they are just understaffed and it’s had to find someone at the front desk because they’re having multiple things to do.
-
The hotel staff is very lazy and unknowledgeable about their own systems and proceedures.

The front desk help was awful

Our tv didn't work,
-
Cracks on the roof in the bedrooms. The door to enter was not aligned for us to use the safety lock inside. The carpet in the room had stains all over. Mold in the toilet and shower.

I needed to come to Dallas for work and therefore, I invited my mother to ride along. Nice staff. But unclean carpet. The first room? They bathroom was dirty and there were no towels. The second room was better. But this is unacceptable. And the Internet never worked. I will be requesting some credit for this mishap. Especially because we work from home. So to have no internet = no work accomplished.

Solo arreglar el wifi es muy lento, relativamente no funciona
-
The first room we were given hadnt been cleaned except the bed was changed. The floors were filthy and the fridge was still full from previous guests.

Our stay was okay. For the price there were Delbert’s hotels in the area. The room was clean. But there were no towels in the room and when we asked for some it took almost an hour to get some. Breakfast was okay.

Booked this hotel due to the cost, breakfast, and proximity to an event where I was working for the weekend. My hotel room door took some effort to lock and honestly, I should've just asked for a new room because I shouldn't have to struggle to lock my hotel door. That was very unsafe. Also, they ran out of breakfast at 8:30 when breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 AM on Sunday. How do you run out of breakfast?? I would've been okay with at least getting some fruit, juice, and an oatmeal package, but they completely closed the doors to the breakfast area. I had to be at an event for 9:00 AM and there wasn't anything close by that I could get quickly, so I just went in hungry.

Wet dirty, foul smell, very unhelpful staff and charged security deposit which they never returned
