Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center

Perfecto

Always great Always crowded

I liked that it was quiet, with a nice breakfast. Room was big and well furnished, perfect for the price imo. Only thing I would change was the leaky bathtub faucet. Otherwise it was flawless; i’ll be going back there in the future.

The facility and the room The payment for parking, the food at the restaurant was disappointing as well as the breakfast was disappointing besides the omelet bar

The housekeeping forgot a few things, and we had to call the front desk. When we checked in, a GFI receptacle was broken.

We had a very enjoyable stay. I can not think of 1 complaint about this hotel. What hotel offers a free happy hour? Well this one does from 5-6:30. The drinks were great as well. The free breakfast was probably the best I've had at any hotel I've ever stayed at. We will definitely stay here on our future trips to Frisco. Also, rooms were spotless and the staff was very helpful.

We love Embassy Suites but our room was not cleaned properly before arrival. The sheets were either stained or dirty. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was a broken dispenser for the hand soap. It’s unfortunate because everything else was very nice including an amazing staff.

I really enjoyed my stay, breakfast was absolutely delicious and so many options plus they had a Starbucks 💗 the only think I didn’t like about the hotel the pool water was super cold and the water had grasshoppers in there my son was scared so I have to get 9 of them out

Clean hotel with lots of perks. The made to order breakfast was delicious and the free happy hour was a nice touch. The only thing I would say that we weren’t happy about was our room would not stay cool. They came in to fix it but it just wouldn’t stay cool. They brought us a fan to use though.

Great breakfast

We really enjoyed our room with balcony view of the baseball field..The staff were all so helpful, polite and the hotel was clean and safe and across from a mall..The complimentary drinks were awesome!! And breakfast was great we will definitely be back and I fully recommend this Hotel, they deserve 10 stars!!

Room was clean, AC worked, drinks were good.

The staff was nice, hotel very clean, and breakfast food was good and area clean.

Mostly clean and good for families

Went for US Open, great venue.

Night there was no AC i struggled lot, even Breakfast not so good.

The pool was cold

I feel like this place is past its prime. Pluming issues forced us to switch rooms, it’s just a little sad and feels
