Short drive from the Stockyards. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. One small issue : the toilet seat is loose and shifting around.

Comfy bed and Keurig Truckers taking majority of parking , and wasn’t informed at all about a church service would be happening early Sunday morning and music was very loud and woke up early during the to the noise. Front lobby was stuffy and smelled musty and hallways were very hot .

We reserved a mobility accessible room for my 83 year old mother who uses a walker. The room was saved with a credit card so should have been held for her. When we arrived they had given her room away and had nothing but a standard room available for her. How can she shower if she can’t get into the tub? How can she get a good nights sleep if she has to use a trash can to push herself on the bed because it’s too high? How can she get ready in the morning if the mirror in the bathroom is too high? We reserved the mobility accessible room for a reason and were highly disappointed when it was given away.

I had a reservation for a queen room and had an email confirmation. They couldn’t find it and only had a large suite available and they made me pay the difference!

This hotel is very clean except for our room. They missed a spot, but that’s OK. Nobody’s perfect and the air condition couldn’t adjust it properly. It kept cooling never cut off other than that perfect place to stay.
