Very clean, great facilities.

Our was clean , disappointed when called to the front desk for fresh towels and never received them. Other than that was a good stay.

Bartender was just not worried about helping me or earning any money.. Front desk and cookie were both very professionally done.. Thank you!! But I was very hungry but also wanted to enjoy a game that was on USA.. The waitress tried but couldn’t find it and bartender who was there last November seemed to not want to bother.. Bussing a table had bigger priority.. So, I went to the room and settled in and found USA network and game and at halftime I got in my car and went to Whataburger and had a wrangler with onion rings and went back to watching the game in my room ..

Very nice especially for the price vs others in the area

Shower drain was clogged, toilet not flushing. Restaurant lacked staffing to allow full menu and bar lacked simple supplies such as white wine and tap beer was not functioning. Breakfast was very good as was wait staff. Recommend “stay away”

The restaurant. Staff was rude and uncomfortable. They made me feel unsafe.

Very good

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Huge hotel with 1 set of elevators which stopped working. 4 flights of stairs that we were required to use to check out. We are elderly and asked for help but didn't get any. $20 per night to park our own car anywhere and walk which we were not aware of until check in. The distance from the elevators to our room was insane.

The shower The elevator was broke and my room was on the 6th floor

The location was near the soccer complex where we had games and the one front desk person I spoke to was nice. The property is very poorly maintained... both outside and inside. Landscaping looked awful. There was trash in the parking lot. The hallways and our room just appeared old and dirty. In addition, one of two elevators were not working in what appeared to be a full hotel. Also, nobody answered the guest services phone number when I called it the night I arrived. Overall, not what I expect for a Hilton property, and definitely not worth the price.

The hot tub was not even close to being hot. People complained nothing was done. My 7 year old son pointed out that there was blood on the curtains and we were sooo grossed out we told the manager and he moved us and gave us breakfast passes.

Everyone was nice, not a high level property
-
Being on the 5th floor when the elevator quit working. And we had to carry all of our stuff down but overall experience was Grand
