THEY DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. Restroom door did not closed properly. The door was too big for the door size. Stuff was Very rood when I told them that in the website said that they provide Breakfast, they did not have sugar for the coffee , i waited for like 10 minutes to get the sugar nobody gave me anything there was no body. Only the Housekeeper and I was told that they were not allowed to give me sugar, to wait 15 minutes because the men in the front desk was not in the hotel that he went to run a errands . So I went back to the room line 15 minutes past he call me twice. He come to the room knocked on the door, I opened the door and he was mad and asked me with an attitude why I didn’t wait for him any ways . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

Just a place to lay your head. Breakfast was a brown bag I didn’t waste time trying to get. Most staff spoke no English. I was locked out of my room due to an inactivated key card and the guy had to call someone to translate to let me in.

Room was clean. Staff was nice, parking was fine and the ac worked well. Back entrance door was not working and breakfast offered was very average and was not explained well. You had to go to the front desk for a bag breakfast.

Incredible stay, the room was clean, the service was impeccable. The shuttle was such a huge help! 10/10 would stay again.

Staff was great and for the age of the property it was still maintained. Would rather have more than a brown bag for breakfast but it was enough inadequate.

dirty rooms especially the bathrooms with holes in the ceiling, air conditioner made a noise like it was on its death rattle & only ran for a couple of minutes before shutting off, very week water pressure, wood door wouldn't shut properly, staff seemed put out giving the sack lunch for breakfast (which consisted of over ripe banana, stale granola bar hot yogurt. only stayed 1 of the 3 nights. this was not recently remodeled like advertised. tried to contact Expedia with no luck (weekend)will never use either again. this probably won't get posted but you asked!

We arrived at 430 pm and they said they had sent a email earlier in the day for confirmation however I was driving and never check my email. It had been sent about 3 hours before we arrived. They had cancelled our reservation for 2 queen beds and didn't have the same type room. They suggested all they had was a king with pull out couch for 298 dollars. This was much higher than the Expedia price we expected. Breakfast was a too go brown bag which I was not expecting. I thought it was sit down breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel had awful smell. Perfume smell trying to mask bad smell. Fixtures in bathroom loose. Hot water didn’t work very well. Ok room, lots of room for improvement.
