The property was great, clean room, clean sheets After hours access to re entry by room card didn’t work. Had to ring the clerk to come over and open the door, thought it may have been my card but another guess had the same issue

The location was ideal for us. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was awesome! Everything was fine with no complaints.

Loved everything about our stay! The room was well maintained and even serviced during our stay! The lobby has the CUTEST snack area! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in YEARS! (Even if there weren’t bagels 😂). I stay in fort smith multiple times a year and this may just have become my default choice.
