Very dirty and old place. Rooms need a maintenance as soon as possible. Everything smells and in the room there is a strong humidity smell.

Concierge didn't allow me to check in because she wanted two instead of one. Extended Stay Not letting me check in. ??

Not much, location but many other properties nearby also. Very distressing smell throughout the entire property, not chlorine but sweet sickly smell. Suspect the floors had just been cleaned. Smell especially dad in the room, wife slept with her face covered.

Hairs on the toilet (that weren't mine). Broken phone. Broken door latch. Broken lock on bathroom. Charge for kitchen plates. Charge for housekeeping. No front desk employee after 6:00 pm. Refrigerators in parking lot. ESA has gone downhill

The room was clean but the check-in process was a little bit of an issue because nobody was on the window. It was closed . After 15 minutes more or less someone came to help us.

Our room was clean and spacious. The hallways on floor 4th smells really bad like old cigarettes. It was so bad that my son started to throw up. I know is a extended stay but it should be smoke free in their rooms.

Too many rude people with this hotel and they treatedus like we were second class citizens, I don't need to find pictures of the campaign discovery Avengers line down here, speechless feet and wake up brains, do it all again summer slots. And easy get away from the whole package.com. And here we are, in our 60s, didn't feel welcome at all. Actually, they were more concerned with how much money they can make off me other than straight up told us where are you from, like we didn't belong here. Horrible place.
