AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Beach

The hotel is very organized and clean, staff is friendly and always happy to help!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only downside was the construction that was going on during our stay. It was noisy. The bartender, Robert, was amazing.

Highly recommend this hotel, excellent and very accommodating staff. Very clean and well maintained property. Only issue is you need to walk over to the Ritz-Carlton for beach chair access.

Charged me for 3 nights of valet despite me calling to tell them it was only one night of valet. Staff at front desk put my room phone in hold the few times I called for towels or things like that. The front door of my room barely worked and didnt lock completely correctly

Paid for ocean view room - had partially obstructed room and the balcony basically had A view of the ocean and directly into the room next to ours which was weird. Not ideal use of balcony.

Worst experience. Could not get my refund or even a credit. And I stay frequently at another AC property.

The hotel looked amazing. Very clean very sterile. which was right across the street however we have to walk about 1 mile to get to their chairs and umbrellas. It also was very difficult for us to prove that we belonged with the very large resort fee. The person at the beach did not believe what we said that we had the right and it took 20 minutes for them to confirm. At that point, we just left. The customer service rep at the counter, was quite rude and condescending on more than one occasion. Multiple customer service reps were very short, you could tell they did not like their job and they treated the guest that way. The breakfast was not very good and not very hot and they charge $25 a person. The pool area on the fourth floor was not very clean and there were a lot of people for such a small pool.

The young lady at the pool bar and the gentleman at the happy hour bar in the lobby were amazing. Would recommend to anyone.

We had issues with the internet connection, could not watch Netflix, but the hotel manager changed us to another room actually gave us an upgrade and that was good. the breakfast was very good but the dinner we ordered was not that great. We were not called when food was ready down at the lounge and the food was cold. The coffee machine had no milk at night, and sometimes it did not work as expected but it was great to have Nespresso 24/7, better than regular coffee. The manager was great that I should say. She tried to make us happy.
