I loved the lady that was checking us in. The system was down and she had people checking in in front of us and answering phone calls. She rocked it and stayed calm the entire time. The lady that does the breakfast is so friendly and make sure that the breakfast bar is fully stocked and coffee is fresh. We really enjoyed our visits with the Hamptons. I can't say we didn't like it. We loved it. Its very peaceful with friendly staff that went out of their way to make it the best and friendliness.

The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and courteous during check-in and throughout my stay. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel had an unpleasant odor, and my room also had a noticeable smell that made the stay less enjoyable. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable experience. Overall, I did not feel the stay was worth the cost and would not choose this hotel again.

Staff was friendly. This Hampton Inn is definitely not upto standard. Outside areas were dirty. Pool and deck was dirty and the room was worse. I had to ask for sheets to cover the sofa and chair before you could sit on them. Carpet and bathroom tile was filthy. Walls stained and bed linens, towels stained. Certainly not worth the rate charged or 3 star rating. Location was nice and safe with many restaurants to choose from and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was just Ok.

This is the 2nd time in a month I have been to this hotel. Staff are always nice and professional. Breakfast staff are great. House crew is excellent with up keep and cleaning.

This room suited our needs fine for the type of trip we were on. Nachelle, (I think that was her name) at the front desk, was phenomenal! What a ray of sunshine! So kind and helpful!

Our stay was very good. The facility was clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. Our only complaint is that the sheets on our bed were the wrong size. We had a king size bed and it was obvious that the sheets were too small. The flat sheet barely reached the edge of the bed on both sides and the fitted sheet was not big enough to wrap the corner of the mattress causing us to continuously pull the sheet back onto the mattress. Other than the sheet issue, Our stay was very good.
