La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Flagstaff East I-40

Paid the full fee. Went up the dirty stairwell to the second floor. The bedsheets were obviously not changed, looked slept in and unmade. Management apologized and sent us to the third floor, no elevator. People were nice. Breakfast was good and neat. Cigarette butts on sidewalk outside stairwell exit. Nice workers. Hotel upper management not doing much. Won’t go back.

THE ONLY THING i AM GOING TO SAY IS THAT THE ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING WHEN WE GOT THERE AT 3 ON SATURDAY. SHOUD BE A BUSY TIME, RIGHT. THEY WERE NEVER SEEN BEING WORKED ON AT ALL THE WHOLE STAY. I HAVE NEVER STAYED AT A HOTEL THAT JUST DID NOT EVEN TRY TO REPAIR FOR THE GUESTS, IT WAS LIKE, OH WELL YOU WERE TOLD.

Clean room..very quiet

The staff was attentive, the room and facilities were clean and well maintained? and the food was warm, fully stocked, and delicious. We will definitely be staying here again.

Their elevator was broken and we had rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors... Waited to tell us after we checked in. Otherwise it was a decent hotel, although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner but that might have also been affected by the elevator being broken.

Everything was lovely except the fact that the elevator was down. We wished we would have know before booking.

Over all a very nice place to stay, I would've put five stars but the elevators were broken and we had a pack of running kids above us, which didn't make a quite time for relaxing.

Everything was good except the elevators were not working and we were on the 4th floor.

Our room was fine. But the bathroom smelled awful like sewer. We waited a couple hours to see if we ran water and the shower to see if it went away. It didn't. The hotel staff moved us to the only available room. They were great

The kids above our room were running around late into night I would NOT recommend this hotel

Just the normal stay, a little pricey but all in all it was at least comfortable.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. However, the carpet in our room was dirty. Also in the bathroom the shower head would not adjust, the shower curtain rod was broken and that caused the curtain to sag in the middle and water splashed out in the front and back.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, hotel was beautiful.

Also, the staff during breakfast time was very unhelpful. The coffee containers were empty, and I informed staff; NOTE: she was on her phone and just looked at me. She went back into the kitchen, and when she came back, she was still on the phone and did not acknowledge me. I reported this incident to reception at checkout, and she said she would report it to the manager. First and last time staying there.

Excellent place to stay for the night.

Thermostat was a little hard to dial but other then that no complaints

All elevators were down. Hoover, the staff and desk clerk were very helpful and ver professional!!

I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WILL NOT CHOOSE THIS AGAIN ON OUR NEXT TRIP IN ARIZONA. BAD FRONT DESK SERVICE.
