Hotel Elev8 Flagstaff, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Rooms are quite nice with plenty of power. Wifi was pretty bad. Staff was very nice. DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATORS! This may have been mentioned somewhere, but it still surprised me.

...bathroom shower stall didn't drain; when it was reported the/she/clerk was non-plussed.

I would have given 5 stars but the shower was not working this morning. Water trickled out and was not hot. But the hotel was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Absolutely no coffee or continental breakfast available, which was very disappointing. Offer a 10% discount for breakfast and restaurant next door.

Clean, helpful staff, easy to get to. I used the hot tub and the laundry for some much needed relaxation and cleaning during a road trip - both were straightforward and easy. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel had been updated with nicer looking features in the bathrooms. Paper thin walls, ice machine broken, sauna broken, hair in bathroom, pillows with no support.

Becàreful when taking a shower in the handicapped room. Slipped n fell because drain was clogged. Everythong else okay didn't like the shower.

The pool was empty, the room was filthy, the staff was rude. I’m so glad I brought my own disinfecting wipes on this trip. I cleaned the room and was shocked to see how dirty it was. The refrigerator was old and froze my food. I booked through Expedia and the pet fee was very different from the fee when I arrived at the hotel. The attendant said that was an Expedia problem and Expedia said it was their issue. Was awful dealing with this and end result was I paid way more than planned to stay at this place. The doors all have wide cracks where we could hear all that was going on in the hallway. At all hours. We were next to a freeway and could hear cars all night. Slept awful! 😢 I do NOT recommend this place.
