Best Western Windsor Suites

Excellent service, super clean room, delicious breakfast. Great experience

The breakfast was really good

Superb

We were unsure about booking this due to mixed reviews, but with limited availability for a last minute trip, we did and were very pleased. Room finishings were kind of dated, but it was clean. Check in was efficient, and breakfast looked decent. Breakfast attendant was helpful and cheerful. I didn't care for the coffee (very weak) but no big deal, and there is a starbucks very close by. We had an issue with a slow shower drain, but they were able to come fix it without an issue. Overall convenient, I loved parking right near our room door, close enough to get back and forth to the car easily.

Great location! Room kind of had a smell

Great location when coming into town for UofA events! It looks dated from the outside but the inside looks newly done and is clean. The staff was so kind-which I appreciate so much! The beds were quite firm-but that is a personal preference.

Why my proce jack up My price

The person operating desk was took 15 minutes per person to check in. In addition, the person running front desk was giving electronic keys to previous patrons including myself. That cost me another 15 minutes. Took a shower and the pipes whistled obnoxiously loud. As I’m taking a shower, I notice that I’m ankles deep in water cause the drain was clogged. I go to bed and turn tv and the remote only allowed me to turn on tv. Channel changer did not work. Never again!

Stayed over night and everything was comfortable and clean

Attentive staff. Good coffee and creamer options in the lobby. The deodorizer used in the room was very strong. If you are sensitive to perfumes, you may want to avoid. Also, I had issues with my door lock/key card in the afternoon when the hot sun was shining on the card reader.

Hotel was so clean! The bedroom and bathroom were updated and very nice ! Ned was comfy also!

Room felt old and dingy. When checking in, an added, and unexpected, $150 was charged for incidentals.

Great location. Friendly staff at night and during the breakfast!

Clean with an ok breakfast

No cleaning service available for multiple night's stay. Had to go to the front desk for extra towels, soap, etc.
