Didn't eat breakfast, the location was fine, I did not receive my $50 back that was held on my card I did not like the bathroom doors, there wasn't any privacy

Two of the three women were checking out and could not find a cart for the luggage. One was 70 with Parkinson's and the other 68. They asked the help in getting one. The response said she didn't know where one could be found. So they managed to get the luggage out as they checked out.

Coffee quality at lobby to be improved

I had stayed at an adjoining hotel, for four days, with my daughter who was here for business. After my husband joined me we move to Holiday Inn. The price was much more reasonable. The Holiday inn was good for the price. The lobby is nice, the breakfast isn’t included but coffee is available. The coffee is beyond awful. The room was good. However the walk in shower had a bit of mold in it and the interior of the bathroom door had juice or something splashed on it. I am allergic to mold so I reported it. I was in the shower before I saw it. It wasn’t horrible but there none the same. We were there one night. It’s a decent stop over place or for a day or two. Safe and convenient.

Comfortable and convenient location.

The staff was great. They were nice and accommodating. The place was not tidy. There were tears in the carpet in the hallways. The stairs were damaged. The elevators were dirty. The walls in my room had stains on them. The bathroom floor had visible dirt and dust. All of these things made my stay uncomfortable. This hotel needs to be deeply cleaned. It only seems to be a problem in Michigan because I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn locations in other states and they have been very neat and clean.

This is my preferred hotel whenever I’m in town. Never a bad experience!

Exceptional

The floor was dirty, and no cleaning was done. They entered the room every day but didn't make the bed; they only put out towels and didn't clean the floor. It was a waste of money, and I wouldn't try it again.

The continental breakfast was outstanding by, the front desk was very helpful and the room was clean and very nice!! Will be my choice of stay here in Michigan.

The hotel rooms were not real clean. We are in the habit of checking beds for bed bugs before we bring our belongs into any hotel room. When pulling the covers and back, the mattress cover was really soiled so they gave us another room and the bed was fine. However, the bathroom floor behind the doors had mounds of dust and the shower had mold and was not cleaned well. The window shades were broken and we could not let them up. The lobby bathroom was nasty as well. We did mentioned these things to the gentleman at the front desk and he said okay, but nothing was ever done. I will not be staying at this facility again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Good size rooms Didn’t pick up trash near my room for 47 hours. I had to request removal from the hallway.
