It’s ok, but not modernized !

Small rooms, okay bed. We got extra rolling bed but it was useless due to very poor mattress, even kids can’t sleep on them. They gave us 4 cards for 4 pool towels saying guests are stealing towels. If you loose towel card, you will be charged extra $15 per card. Overly priced food. Their payment system is old and does not accept credit cards sometimes and caused inconvenience for everyone. Overall they are charging premium price just for location, not worth it for us, probably won’t stay again

Only the location The room was very very outdated. The beds had old mattresses and the one bed squeaked so bad you couldn’t sleep on it. In the bathroom, there were several tiles that had water damage in the ceiling. The bathtub was peeling and had multiple stains. The hotel itself had a musty smell.

Seacrest has an incredible location right on Old Silver Beach. The staff are all well trained, hard working, and helpful. However, our room in the Main Lodge location had a bath door that stuck, a light fixture coming off of the wall, spackled areas unpainted in the bathroom and a missing sink drain. These rooms should be removed from use considering the prices charged.

The beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the indoor pool area was an absolute disgrace. It was infested with drain flies, dirty, and no toilet paper. For the amount of money being spent for 1-night the bathrooms should at least be cleaned.

Honestly, I didn’t like anything about it, we checked in and when we started going up the main stairs the stair boards some were broken and almost felt like we were going to fall backwards. Then when we got to our room, immediately we noticed that the handle lock for the door that divides each bedroom was missing. Closet doors didn’t close all the way and bathroom toilet paper handle had been removed and moved upward but the patches were still not sanded or painted. The sink was old and the blind was broken and wouldn’t come down so we ended up putting a towel between where the blind ended and the window sill. The only item we liked was the bed, it was comfortable, everything else seemed run down and not finished or properly cleaned. Breakfast on the first day was awful I had to even ask a worker for juice as they only had coffee out and no juices he said that they had them in the back and brought one to me which I appreciated. For the amount they charge for this hotel it definitely was not worth it, I’ll be staying at another hotel next time. Too bad as I had never stayed in Falmouth and was so looking for a great experience. They just need a better maintenance crew and honestly some good renovations in the main areas as once again the hotel looks and feels run down.

I love Old Silver Beach, it is one of my favorite places in the world (beautiful, warm water, tranquil setting.) I love that beach chairs are set up and towels are available. I love that it has both an outdoor and indoor pool. I love that it has a restaurant on the facility. The staff in the gift shop and snack bar were very helpful and friendly. We have been going there since 2016. The building seems to need some TLC. The baseboards seem rusted or something. The drape in our room was broken. We had to keep it closed with some books leaned against the window since we were on the first floor. The bedding used to be really luxurious. At our visit, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The description on Booking.com although true was somewhat misleading. It said oceanfront when I chose the offering. I noticed it changed to ocean view when I purchased it. The view was of the parking lot. The ocean was blocked by the cars. The breakfast buffet was not up to par. The made to order omelets were being made by inexperienced kids and most often only one who couldn't keep up with the people in the line (not his fault). The scrambled eggs in the line were cold.

My room was spacious and comfortable and maid service was spot-on great. WiFi was fast and error-free. Overall, I enjoyed a great stay at the Sea Crest Beach Resort. Enjoy!

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

Beach location is somewhat rare for the area with full amenities Lots of kids! Not their fault, it's vacation but at times overwhelming as opposed to smaller boutique hotels we normally stay at but we understand.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

The beach and location are great Restaurant is good but expensive Room was fine but a bit out dated

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

The location, the water, the service, the various amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool. The poor maintenance hallways and beach. Rooms, hallways need updating One elevator servicing 3 floors with multiple rooms.
