Staff Hallway had musty, moldy smell - and carpet was dirty, reminding me of a cheap motel. No safe in the room.

Was nice hotel hard to park 2/2 ton in underground parking and room was on water side nice view 5 th floor clean and nice room was a little noisy from traffic outside

Beds were great and the rooms were clean and neat. I noticed right away that the common areas had been refreshed and I liked the new artwork. Breakfast was well managed and everything refilled quickly. If someone does not what their hair to get wet in the shower, the hair n bath products should not be located behind the shower head. Another suitcase stand would also be convenient

The pool could use a Jacuzzi. But otherwise very nice pool. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Will be back again for sure. GSKO

We were assigned a room and given a key. When we went to the room, there was already someone in there. They were a little frightened when we cam through the door. Clerk apologized and gave us two king rooms (needed a 2 bed room and the occupied room was the last one). Was promised points as compensation for the hassle.

Everything was absolutely great! One of the best and nicest hotel stopovers ever! Like all hotels that serve complementary breakfast, there is room for improvement but we appreciated the opportunity to eat something before getting underway.

We were on the top floor with a King Bed, view of the water and right around the corner from the breakfast buffet so we could get coffee and enjoy it in our room. Primo room for the facility so it stands to reason our scores are high. All of the staff we engaged were nice and polite. Parking garage stalls were tiny and it was very cramped (we drove an Accord, so, not a big vehicle). No other complaints.
