Beautiful from the outside and a lot of character. The rooms are a bit outdated, but a lot of character. Great location. Game room is fun.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bennie the transportation from parking area and other sites, very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Thanks Again Bennie !!! Overall room was very disappointing, not as pictured - wow the pictures made it look very nice. We arrived at 4:00 and our room was not ready for 30-45 minutes. Talking with other guests this seem to be an ongoing issue.

Historic, right in the center of town. The parking was far away and you had to call for a shuttle (we didn’t, we walked instead but it was a hilly walk)

The location and the ambience of the hotel. I also liked the security of the locked parking area for our motorcycles. A/C unit constantly cycling on and off. The bathroom was small and the water pressure was very low.

Nice hotel. Great location! Only one night stay. Elevator wasn’t working in the morning when we planned to check out. Parking is OFF SITE. Shuttle service provided. Shuttle van had one door the motor was inoperative. One driver opened both doors. Other driver tells my wife her door isn’t working so she has to exit out the other side. The building is OLD which is APPRECIATED, but as such the floors creak and our neighbor above either was oblivious or had no consideration.

You are located right in the heart of everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Dead in the heart of Eureka Springs. A full service hotel. Parking is wonky, but plenty of cheap street parking. Will stay here again.

The spa was Wonderful. Do not skip it. We got a s!allergies room but it was cozy. The food at the balcony was great. Sitting and listening to the band was just what we needed. Thank you for a great weekend.
