La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW Airport West-Glade

Location and staff

We booked three king rooms for my husband, our daughter, our son, and me, and all of them were spacious and comfortable. Each room came with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sofa, computer desk, and two TVs. The location was also great, with everything we wanted to visit only about 10 minutes away by car. On check-out day, I called the front desk to change our check-out from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, and I was willing to pay the $25 fee for each room. The staff member was rude and said 11:30 a.m. was the latest he could give us, even though the hotel's own check-out link still offered noon and 1 p.m. options. Our stay was amazing otherwise, but his attitude put a damper on our last day in Dallas.

Exceptional

Great stay. Last minute after long overseas flight. Friendly staff. Would stay again

Only there for one short night before flying out, but hotel was very clean, accommodations were nice, and front desk staff was friendly! Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Highly recommend!

Exceptional

Good location

Very good

The room had an off-putting smell that was difficult to get used to, and the pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy. The hallway leading to the room also had a strong stagnant-water smell, which really took away from the overall experience. The general cleanliness and breakfast were positives, but the room and hallway odors, along with the uncomfortable bedding, made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. Overall, 3/5 stars. I probably won’t stay here again unless the room and odor issues are addressed.

Beautiful hotel, very clean! Great area also, tons of shopping and restaurants of all kinds around.

Good

Enjoyed the quick layover with good service from the airport.

Decent place. Good area and locati\on

Clean with convenient location.

The location was a bit difficult to get to following gps instructions. Once we arrive everything went smoothly. Was a bit pricey for one night, but I did book it at the last minute. Not much I can say I didn't like, because I was only there for a late nights stay. I can say we had a bit of trouble find the location.

The room was clean. Breakfast was as expected for a hotel. Parking was easy. Easy road access.

Enjoyed our stay. Fast check in. Clean rooms. Had to check out early and the front desk made it easy. Would definitely stay here again.
