Nice place to stay. We arrived very early in the morning, staff were extremely helpful after a long drive.

Internet was out and there has no elevator in the the older building where we stayed

Very good

Room looks old but clean. Staff is nice. Free coffee and flavor sparkling water. Close to the visitor center. Just expensive at busy season.
-
Good location with comfortable beds and room service was good. Fire pits with snores was a nice touch. Coffee machine in lobby broke most mornings. Price was high for what it was

Close to the places we wanted to visit Nothing

Staff was very nice and helpful. We liked that you had a bevi water machine. Some activities in the game room were not working properly
-
The hotel was nasty and the toilet in our room had feces all over it !!!!!
-
Breakfast buffet was expensive and most items were cold . Also , two elevators were out of order. Very unhandy.
-
Location and nice staff and updated lobby Rooms super dark and old. Hallway dark and musty. Only one of 2 very old and small elevators worked. Very expensive for the shape everything was in.

Bad

Room 319 do not stay in that room.
-
Room was average and outdated. Clean but overall average. The gym was poorly equipped. Staff was great.
-
We enjoyed the fire pits outside. Close to everything.

The location is excellent. The restaurant staff were friendly and provided good service The building looked and felt old and in need of updating. Very cold look. The room took forever to cool down. The bed was very uncomfortable to start. A lot of bugs at the entries including bees hanging around our car. For the price we paid I would expect breakfast to have at least been partially if not fully paid for.

Rooms were amazing, staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was great and the views were even better.
-
Very good. I will stay back if visit Estes park again.
-
It was located close to our half marathon race! The two young staff members at the desk kept telling us that the rooms would not be available until four at check in time. As soon as the both left at 3:01pm went back to the desk . The nice gentleman said oh we have Available rooms now. Wow what a coincidence that as soon as the two staff members left five people checked in..

This hotel was seriously understaffed. I would never recommend this hotel
