Good service

Room was large, clean and well kept. But pool was closed and common areas were rather shabby. They appeared understaffed- I had to wait about 35 minutes to check in. And in the mornings the water heater did not generate enough heat- I had a tepid shower and could not really shave.

Staff and customer service

Staff was very helpful considering that the computer system was down. General manager showed me to my room, as no keys were available. Nothing exceptionally bad.

Very nice and clean . The restaurant attached was great ! They were remodeling and a lot of things especially in the parking lot tape and etc

It's an okay hotel to spend the night, that's about it

The rooms and bathrooms was very clean and beyond my expectations. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property for your future stay.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and environment was warm. The best part was the staff. Everyone was warm and approachable from Michelle at the front desk to the folks in the restaurant down to the support staff. I enjoyed at great meal paired with a great wine recommended by the host. All my questions were politely answered making my stay quite comfortable.

Front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant. James @ the Sini Restaurant was also exceptional in his service. Simply a great guy. Take care my friend. Location was sneaky good. Nice & quiet with a few hidden gems near by. Quick access via route4. The bed was absolutely amazingly comfortable. Slept like a baby. Room service was nonexistent the whole time in regards to house keeping. Had to call every day for fresh towels and trash removal. Water pressure for shower was lacking. Carpet definitely needed cleaning. The worst tv functions I’d ever seen where you couldn’t figure out what channels were what cause there was no listing and Netflix didn’t work either or any other streaming service. Oh and it would have been nice to put a notice on your website that hotel is getting a facelift as a common courtesy to guest.. that was a little disrespectful with all the noise and debris everywhere

I picked this hotel for the pool. I had called them multiple times & no one told us the hotel was under renovation. Upon arrival front desk didn't indicated that the pool was closed. When we went to check how big the pool was, we saw that it was being painted. Got to our room and found lots of hair in the bathroom....gross. Prior to check in I had sent a message to provide extra 2 comforters, 4 extra large bath towels and 2 extra pillows...none of which was in our room. I called the day prior to make sure they got my message about the items and to see if the coffee machine took keurig coffee pods, I was told no that the machine was the one that used loose grounds. I have a specific allergies so I left the kpods at home only to find out that it was indeed a keurig machine. The representative either is not informed or lied. The ice bucket had no plastic bag insert and the ice machine itself was not working with no out of order sign. Had to visit the floor above to get ice. Phone in the room didn't work, even on high the A/C only pumped out cool air on low. I called 3x for the items I requested. They gave no pillows, only 3 towels & 2 itchy blankets which my autistic child could not use. The hallway smelled over whelming of cigarettes' and pot. Had to use my asthma pump numerous times. I will never stay at Crown Plaza again.

The shower was wonderful and had nice strong water pressure. Unfortunately the sink was not secured in place so it was difficult to turn on the hot water handle without using both hands.

It was very close. It was nice. A location was good. Because I have to go back to work.

Don't lóol up at the ceiling in the bathroom u might want a leave but the bed smelled fresh but it it a dated hotel for a top price. Never again. N

Poor rooms so many damaged inside the room ,some little flies inside the room

I chose this hotel primarily for its advertised amenities, but it was a huge letdown. They failed to disclose important information during booking, which was frustrating. The staff was not helpful at all; when I reached out about the construction work happening in the room above us, I was met with confusion and indifference. The constant drilling and hammering woke us up multiple times, ruining our stay. I tried calling the front desk for assistance, but no one answered. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing.
