All common areas were clean and freshly scented Room was clean with no odors Bed was comfortable, and the pillows were fantastic. Could’ve slept all day. Room was everything that I needed, and I love the carpet in the room Water pressure was perfect in the shower Breakfast was delicious fresh and nicely organized so then everybody is clump together in one spot. Worth the price no matter what…can’t put a price on a good night sleep and this is a place for that

The night staff was not professional or accommodating when we checked in or later when we went down to the lobby answering customers questions he kept his head laying down on his arms never looking up.

The staff came up on are third day and insisted that my granddaughter and I leave because they had nothing showing we were paid up for two more nights. When I called the front desk I was told I had to leave now. Even after it was proven we had paid them they never even bothered to apologize. To top it all off we were charged a pet fee even though the site we purchased the room from said no pet fees. So don't think they will honor anything!

Not really anything. The first room I was given, the TV was falling off the its mounting. The second room, the toilet was secured to the floor, The bowl actually rocked back and forth when you sat on it. Very dangerous for elder adults. in addition, the stopper in the sink didn't work.

Definitely staff! Tv was in and out sound and power but it wasn’t terrible.

We had a bad experience here. There might have been some positive things here but I could not recall. The hotel is showing signs of aging and in need of renovation.

When we arrived at 9:30 pm we were told the elevators were not working and our handicap accessible room was on the 3rd floor. Needless to say we could not stay here. Desk clerk was very helpful and located a room for us at another hotel nearby.
