WoodSpring Suites El Paso I-10 Southeast

Very nice Suite with lots of room for sleeping more than 4. Two desks is a nice feature when kids have their laptops and want a sitting area so that's nice. The lighted mirrors in bath are cool. Very spacious room. Very newish. AC needed blocking to alter the air flow away from beds but not a problem we just put a pillow in front of it to push air flow upwards away from beds. Could use more plugs but if check around you will find more and more hidden away. We always bring our own adapters with more plugs so not a problem. Would recommend to anyone over any other place we have stayed at on our trip.

Ghetto! Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else. This hotel is shot all to hell. There seems to have been zero dollars invested to maintain this place and the front office staff is horrible at customer service

Está en malas condiciones había bichos en las sábanas y el colchón , te piden $50 dólares de depósito que no te regresan aunque todo lo dejes intacto y de alguna manera te sale igual que un hotel con mejor calidad me arrepiento de haber me hospedado la primera y la ultima vez yo no lo recomiendo si tienes otra opción busca otra

Not well cleaned .. shower faucet not working running all night .. dirty walls

Nothing! The black lady at the front door was rude, argumentative, and was incapable of providing proper customer service skills. The rooms were nasty. They were dirty. We found roaches crawling around! The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The parking lot had broken down vehicles as of someone junked them there. At night, there was a sketchy dude that would stand at the front almost as if he were posing as look out for the Mexican drug cartels. No staff overnight; that alone should say prove that not even employees would dare stay there.

Quick check in. Front desk very friendly. Location is a bit far from everything, not too far, but not walking distance.

The door to the first room I was assigned didn't lock at all and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I know because it has stool stains around it

Bed not centered on wall could not get in on one side of bed & uncomfortable and squeezed and no ice maker in hotel..

I showed up at 11:10 pm to check in. The lobby closed at 10pm. They had a phone in the lobby that said to call 500 for after hours check in. I called multiple times and could hear the phone ringing behind the counter. No one ever came. I had to book another hotel and figure that out at midnight.

I was told that I had to leave deposit in case something broke, that was fine but the table was broken and attitude from the receptionist was pretty bad and rude.
