Disappointing

I wasn’t very satisfied with any of it very dirty hair all over stains all over the floor stains on the chairs. Walls were dirty. AC worked great but everything else was gross. The pool was nasty. door lock didn’t lock at all. It was hanging off. Had to slam the door just to close it room didn’t have any towels. I had to go ask front desk for towels. Restroom was really filthy. Will not be staying again.

Well first of all , the room was clean , but it was to dark not enough lighting, the volume on the TV couldn't be adjusted, and the worst part was that there was no hot water

The staff at the front desk was polite and friendly, no problem checking or out of the hotel The hotel in old and need upgrade, no elevators on the facility for disabled people

Hi, My stay at La Quinta in West El paso, Texas was pleasant. When I was there I was just noticing that the building is in need to some structural repair, Outside. Inside the room I stayed in parts of the ceiling were chipping & falling. The swimming pool looked a little like it could be replenished with clean water and chlorine. Otherwise, every else was fine.

Large leak in bathroom ceiling of our room. Leaked all over our towels and when we requested More the girl helping in front was too busy outside in her boyfriend’s vehicle to assist. The phone did not work to call front desk, hairdryer did not work in room and several of the outlets in the room also did not work.

Dirty sheets smelly room. It was gross.

Water leak in the bathroom. Door looked like someone tried to break into the room. Breakfast was OK but presentation was terrible. Outside need repairs and repainted. Won't stay here again.

Fridge didn’t work Hot water took 1 hour before warm enough to shower Ac was great!!! Couldn’t of asked for a colder room

The price was nice before I actually sen it. There were several things wrong with the place. The refrigerator smelled bad. When I opened it it wasn't cold. I dont think it was plugged in for a while. The door handle fell off on the door in the back of the room. I wasnt near the door and it fell off. Very weird. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The shower faucet and handle were very loose. The bathroom door looked damaged. The location was really close to the a high traffic location. Hearing the traffic none stop. The bed wasnt very comfortable. Not sure why.

Almost everything is Good The only little inconvenience was that the bath - tub had a water leak! It was a little uncomfortable, but everything else is really Good!

Excellent service. Room was clean. Staff was amazing.

The ice machine didn’t work and the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough
