Big quiet room. A/c worked well. Comfortable sofa. Only negative was a medicine pill on the comforter. Made me wonder why it was there.

The layout was clear. Elevator worked. The pool was inside, extremely cold pool!! Employees were friendly. The hot tub was out of order, seems to have been for a while now. The cleanliness was not great. Stains on chairs, walls, bedding. Everything was dusty, no exaggeration. Tub had a repaired hole in it that was flaking. I took pics of all the damage upon arrival. Golf tournament was coming into town so prices were gouged. Changed hotels. Breakfast was the same daily.

The room carpet in the room should have been taken up years ago! Towels were dingy and couldnt be used! Filthy! Breakfast food choice was less than expected! Not worth the money!

Everything was great, the room were well designed with the layout and had issues with the HVAC thermostat at first but finally got it worked out.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was nice, the staff was accommodating, and I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my reservation. I had specifically booked a suite, but due to an error, my reserved suite was given to someone else. The hotel did their best to accommodate me by providing another room, but the replacement room was considerably smaller than the suite I had originally reserved. While I appreciated that they found me another room, I was disappointed that there was no adjustment or discount to the rate to acknowledge the inconvenience and the difference in the accommodations. Overall, I had a nice stay, but I hope the hotel will take extra care with reservations in the future and consider offering appropriate compensation when an error results in a guest not receiving the room they booked. I would still consider staying here again, but I would definitely confirm my reservation beforehand.

Staff was very accommodating! This was an unexpected overnight stay and they supplied a razor, cream and toothbrush. There was shampoo, but no conditioner . The coffee in the room was VERY stale.

No internet connection only basic cable can't access any apps

The staff here was so friendly and nice. The room size was big which was nice The property is a bit older which I understand, but it did feel a bit stuffy. I do attribute that to the carpets mostly,

Was informed that the staff “smelled” substance coming from room. Took upon themselves to enter room when no one was in there due to smelling it. I have NEVER had an issue before when I travel and NEVER have I had housekeeping enter my room without my permission. You had no just cause to enter just because you “smelled” it. Do better. That’s all I have to say

Room was clean hallways were not that clean trashcan by the elevator looked like it had been beat up and kicked out the door breakfast was unsatisfactory for the price you pay these days for hotels. The customer is getting ripped off.

The one male front desk manager was very creepy and rude to his fellow employees. Also the indoor pool water was ice cold so we couldn't swim.
