Hotel was nice, pool was closed, the bathroom door didn't close properly and needs to be fixed. Staff was SUPER NICE and very helpful. Overall you pay for the location, which is very convenient.

Staff was nice and the location was great seemed clean but not well maintained. Needs major fixes and updating.

The room was dirty. We needed a handicap ♿️ room for the walk in shower, supposed to be a queen bed, it was a full. There were signs of mice, and we heard them in the walls.

Front guy was nice There a lot room was “clean@ but paint peeling and sratched up, no door to bathroom, shower only did he’ll hot and arctic cold, the bedding was super stiff, smelled like smoke when entering and then few hours later stared smelling like weed. Only a wash cloth and hand towel were in the room. Breakfast was nothing special, all cold items except the waffle maker. Apple juice had sumtuff floating in it from machine.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The air conditioning didn’t work. The pool was out of order. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom door didn’t stay closed and they didn’t have enough towels for everyone. I’ve stayed at some pretty shady places but this one was by far the shadiest.

Was very pleasent, helpful staff , was clean

Outside was alright .. the stairway to the parking lot crazy nasty! The stairway was filthy like it was never cleaned and the smell was horrible.. Freshner was sprayed to try and cover it up so it smelled like sweet pooo. Got in the room it smelled like smoke after the scent died down from whatever fresh used.. And the smoke detector was unplugged hanging like a set up smh.

The rooms were clean, staff were friendly! Breakfast was basic! I didn’t utilize any other amenities but it was a good place to stay

I'll start off with the good. The staff were all vey nice and responsive if you needed anything. The daily breakfast was kept well stocked so you never had to worry about running out. Not much variety though. As far as eggs and meat it was a microwavable Jimmy Dean Biscuit sandwich. They did have the waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread and fruit though so there was enough to choose from. The hotel itself looks great from the outside but inside not so much. The guest rooms are old and run down. They have vinyl planking on the floor which is great because I hate carpet, however they appear to only vacuum or sweep and not mop them because they were very dirty. My bedsheets on day one had blood on them that was not mine. They did change them right away but I was still kind of grossed out by that. My bathroom sink drain was very slow but they did have that corrected the second day there. The indoor pool was so stifling you couldn't stay in there for any time and only had a very small outdoor patio with no chairs and no fence around it so it was basically sitting in the parking lot. If you went outside you could not re-enter the pool area and had to walk around the building back to the front doors. The alleged fitness center was a room with a broken elliptical, a treadmill and two weight stacks and was about 80 degrees inside. The hotel itself isn't in the best part of town. We should have known by the price but we had never been to the area before.

It was overall a decent stay. Very low shower pressure. Breakfast was good, no hot items(eggs, sausages, etc). Was told the pool was open, but then there was a sign saying it was closed for maintenance. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

This hotel was terrible. Dirty, smelled horrible, trash everywhere. I do not recommend it.
