comfortable beds. Super nice staff members. The manager Sarah is so friendly and nice. Would love to have had 24/7 coffee available. We had to keep asking the front staff to make more coffee.

The staff were all amazing to deal with! The convenience of this hotel to the downtown area made it worth it. Keep in mind that this makes it a little pricier than other options in the area.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. I am grateful for their hospitality and willingness to make sure we were comfortable! I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Central Location!

The main building was cute, but the rooms are in major need of a remodel. The sink was badly cracked, walls need painting, and the shower grout was dirty. I would not stay here again.

Great location. Room was very clean, comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated. Easy parking. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room.

We’ve stayed at The Oxbow several times over the past few years and it’s a nice change of pace. We were on the upper floor of the annex this time and it’s just a little more worn there, humid, and loud due to area traffic. I’d recommend a room in the main building if you can. Bed was comfortable but firm. Very few towels but I’m certain we could have asked for more. Onsite parking was a breeze. We ate at the restaurant, they were very busy on a Friday night so I’d recommend a reservation. The food is always good but again this time, one of us didn’t get what we ordered and one cocktail arrived with a small chunk of something stuck to the rim. The drink was replaced and the server offered to place the food order again but the wait would have just been too long. Will we stay again? Absolutely. Will we eat here again? Maybe, the last three visits have had errors but it’s historically been so good!

Very nice, quiet hotel. Room was neat and clean. Staff was always willing to provide local info, and help with a wine opener! But, (not a dig) the single ply toilet tissue could have been upgraded.

A good choice to stay for spending your time in Eau Claire, WI

Simple, yet nice hotel. Very close to numerous restaurants for breakfast and more. Very walkable area for food, entertainment and walking along the river.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very nice patio but just missed Saturday night live music. Great location for downtown activities.

The staff is AMAZING! I can not rave enough about the front desk staff. Just amazing 100/10 stars. I was just impressed from the moment I step through the doors and I worked with 4 different ones. All top of the line!

What a unique and fun stay! Live music, comfy bed, good free tea/coffee situation, to include cold brew coffee! A lovely stay.

We like staying at the Oxbow, great location right downtown , we can walk to Revival Records and the CourtN House. Rooms are large and clean, good water pressure in shower. Was a bit noisier than usual ( we were in room # 1)

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First stay in main building was great. This stay in outbuilding not great. Road noise was terrible!! Room was very musty smelling and small.
