The bed was firm but comfortable, and the shower was outstanding. I really appreciated that the shower controls were on the opposite side from the shower head, so you could turn it on and get the temperature right without standing under the water. The two elevators were also incredibly fast, which I know is a weird thing to mention, but I appreciate it! Both TVs worked well, the lighting was consistent, and everything in the room was in good working order. Breakfast was above average, and one staff member walking around refilling people's coffee and chatting with guests was a really nice touch. Everyone we encountered was friendly. The only minor issue was that our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3:03 p.m., despite a 3:00 p.m. check-in. We waited about 15–20 minutes. It was a little annoying, but I don't know what caused the delay and assume it was a one-off. Overall, a great stay and we'd definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel, it’s extremely clean and the rooms are very nice. Every member of the staff that we met was wonderful. They were very helpful, and made our stay wonderful. Highly recommend

One of the very best places we have stayed , excellent in every way.

No whirlpool. Pool was cold. Several kids took over the pool and no parents were watching them.

Breakfast was excellent! I believe her name was Bev, she was keeping the buffet clean and hot and always refilled. She was very amicable and friendly. I can't think of anything that could have been better!
