The bathroom toilet was broken and the TV wasn't working

I felt the customer service & family communication was helpful through out the rough & very difficult stay. Well I didn’t like that in the first room the shower was filthy. Outside of the dirt in the shower, the shower curtains were disgusting. So they moved us to a new room & that room had a strange smell at first, gave grace anyway. Then the whole hotel had a power outage, I was with my partner & she’s anemic so no electricity on the second day of fall had the building freezing & she felt terribly sick for 4-5 hours. We then wake up this morning, her minstrel cycle had began & she’s met at the shower with tons of tiny ants covering the floor by the toilet & shower then a couple seen on the bed.
