Nice clean Hotel no frills with excellent Management!

Had an issue with no hot water one morning. They apologized and gave us a discount.

Room was awesome, complimentary breakfast was awesome. It was a nice stay away from home and stores and restaurants are within walking distance Wished the handicap parking was closer to the lobby doors. Got a little winded walking back with a walker to go through the lobby doors to get to the elevators

The toilet would not flush properly and I had no hot water for taking a shower

Room 104 one night, the shade would not work so you could not make the room dark. Brought to the attention of the front desk and was told mantainice was gone for the night

Plumbing issues. Both toilet, and shower water cycling from too hot to too cold.

All was great!

Internet was not working on any of the three nites we were there. Desk clerk provided NO help, nor did her manager… said they had heard it was supposed to be upgraded “sometime in the next 30 days”.

Staff was friendly although if you needed something from the front desk you needed to call out to the office as there was never anyone around. (A bell on the counter would help!). My room was great. Hotel was quiet at night and breakfast was good. What took my rating down was the fact someone smoked in the stairwell and it recked.

Clean and very helpful and courteous staff Farther than expected from airport and no shuttle so had to Uber which added $20 to stay.

It was really clean and felt like a nice hotel. The room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable. It was really quiet too. I would definitely stay here again.
