Property could definitely use some updating and care. This used to be a beautiful hotel, sad to see it depreciate as it has. The breakfast buffet also has changed quite a bit, and not in a positive way. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. With so many other hotel options in Duluth, I really hope they put some effort into updating, maintaining, and effort that this location once offered.

There was never anyone at the front desk. The beds were very hard. Not the cleanest rooms. For the price, it wasn't worth it!

Very pleased with my stay.

They advertise as airport shuttle. When we called for the shuttle we were told it wasn’t available and we were on our own. When asked the front desk about it they said it’s only available til 3 pm.

The web page says there is shuttle service from the airport, but there was none, hwever, there was a shuttle vehicle, so they must not have had a driver.
