Work space/desk is directly under the TV, not conducive to getting much done if you have to work while staying.

Rooms were good size, nice decor bathroom beautiful, like you need a key card to use elevator . A little high price for 1 night, no frig or microwave. Staff could have been friendlier at check in and out.

When arriving at approx 4:20 for check in, was told that the room wouldn’t be available for approx 45 mins. After the long drive, was not happy whatsoever. Wasn’t offered any kind of compensation (a drink at the bar? I’m not sure what but nothing). Went for a walk waiting for a phone call, nothing. I believe we returned around 5:30 pm & mentioned no phone call, was told they left a msg but nothing on my phone. Definitely nice hotel (new in 2026). Immediately noticed no refrigerator in the room, so now my insulin storage came into play. Couldn’t refreeze my cold packs-so I had to constantly refill from the ice machine to keep cold but not freeze it. Very frustrating. On 9/26 we were in and out several times during the day and saw housekeeping carts almost the whole time in the hallway. We return to our room at approx 10:30 PM. No fresh towels, no coffee cups replenished, or coffee K cups. So my plan was to hail down housekeeping or knock on their door across the hallway. I knocked on the door several times, but apparently no one was there or willing to answer. I called guest services at 8:10 AM and requested clean towels and coffee cups, so that we could have a cup of coffee. I also heard the housekeeping door and then knocked -again nothing. We left at a 9:30 AM, after inspecting which towel was the least dirty from the day before to shower with. And also dug a least dirty coffee cup out of garbage & drank the decaf. I’m very disappointed and training is needed.

Beautiful hotel great addition to the casino -

I appreciated it said my name on the tv when I walked in. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was no conditioner in my shower in the bottles. There was a long curly hair on the washcloths in my bathroom. When I got to my room it was a conjoined room. No one asked if I wanted a conjoined room, I would have said no. Most hotels ask. I slept terribly. The air conditioner switch on and off is so loud. It was very noisy outside my hotel room with a lot of people. I saw staff supplies outside my room so assuming it’s that or just the fact there’s a casino attached.

The room was spacious, quiet and the bed and bedding were very comfortable.

Rooms clean & cozy, beds comfy. I think I want a room with a view next time. Security elevators - need key card to access. Bonus made to order coffee bar in the lobby! Serving iced & hot beverages. Casino is small but good assortment of gaming - heads up, smoking allowed throughout casino.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff is amazing. Would be amazing if food was served past 9pm but overall the hotel and staff was amazing.

We also had dinner at Lock 11, and that was an experience in itself. The attention to detail and the way they made our dinner feel so special and memorable really stood out. The location was perfect for us, with plenty to do and see nearby. Yes, there was still some construction going on outside at Q Casino and behind the hotel, but honestly, we had no issues with noise or anything else during our stay. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back. 10/10!

Our room had a wonderful full view of the hotel roof. That's it. Nothing else. I did not expect that from a Hilton that is located on an island in the Mississippi River.

Availability of food and beverages early and late was very beneficial.

The bathroom was not clean. Staff was rude. Coffee pot in room did not work. There was no water for a Hilton honors member. There was no refrigerator in the room. Its been some time since I'e had such a bad experience at a Hilton hotel.
