Please refund money. You sent me message that the Booking was canceled but you deducted my money. Please pay me back. You got my money from the bank but the hotel did not get it. please pay me back. The way you booking.com took my money and did not pay the hotel to the extent that they forced me to pay cash. yet you have not refunded the money. Why? Please send my money to me.

Staff was pleasant and quick to respond. Room was clean. Considered it a good value. The breakfast was lacking on options, no eggs or meats. OJ wasn’t cold, cool at best. AC in the room was covered by window shade, had to tuck shade back into window to cool room. Nothing terrible but could be better. I was looking for 4 star hotels, which the site listed as a 4 star, 3 star is more appropriate.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast. Exactly what I was looking for this trip. Thank you!

It was a great stay. We had a king room. The bathroom door was broken as well as the outside door to the hotel but overall it was nice and clean.
