The lower scores are due to the fact that there was a lot of remodeling going on. So the amenities weren’t available and there was a fair amount of finish work to be done. Otherwise my stay was very nice and the staff was great.

Property was under construction, it was horrible stay. Let's start with no hot water, no pool, no food court, smelt like fresh paint, yuk! Noisy of construction in the AM. Came into town for a wedding from Mi, no heads up to the renovations being taken place, bridvand groom embarrassed because they had a room block for out of town guess will hout a warning..... We had to walk in the rain to another hotel for breakfast with a voucher they gave us for half off breakfast buffet....What a joke! I asked for a discount or my money back! They said because I booked thought a third party, no go! I said, I called the hotel direct and no one would answer or told me to book at later day! What a scam! BECAUSE I WORK IN THE WORLD OF BULLSHIT, I will get my money back!!

The lack of functioning elevators caused significant inconvenience, especially as we were traveling with two toddlers and had to carry strollers and heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. Had these limitations been communicated clearly in advance, we would have considered alternative accommodation. On a positive note, our room itself appeared to have been renovated and was comfortable. However, the lack of basic services and the insufficient communication about the ongoing renovation significantly affected our overall experience.

Stayed here with a wedding party from 9/17 to 9/20/2026 (Room 135) and it was a complete disappointment. First, there was no disclosure during booking that the hotel was an active construction site. Worse yet, none of the showers had hot water—just freezing or barely lukewarm temperatures. When questioned, staff shockingly claimed that a "state law" prohibits hot water. This is a complete lie; Massachusetts health and plumbing codes actually require hot water to be at least 110°F–120°F. Freezing showers violate basic health standards. To top it off, the pool was closed for our entire stay with zero prior notice. We paid for a fully functional, comfortable hotel for a special weekend and got none of it. Management needs to be held accountable, and refunds should be issued to the affected rooms in our party. Do not stay here until they fix their facilities and train their staff honestly!

I was not notified that the hotel was under construction. The hallways were filthy. The elevator was broken. The shower in our room took close to 20 minutes to get warm. Every single noise from the hallway was able to be heard in our room. Terrible stay.

I wish we had known the property was being renovated before we arrived. We selected this hotel because of some of the amenities; breakfast, pool, hot, etc). Nine of which were available during our stay as the lobby was closed down. The hotel smelled of paint and was full of dust and debris from the construction that we left with awful migraines and severe congestion. Elevators were broken so we had to walk up the stairs with all of our luggage. So disappointing as we weren’t looking forward to our stay! When asked about the breakfast we were told we could get a 1/2 price voucher from the hotel down the street! Seriously! I understand that construction and renovations happen, but the hospitality and support during our stay to ease. The burden was nonexistent. Waste of money! We couldn’t wait to get out of there this morning. Not that anyone noticed when we left as there we only saw one person working when we arrived.

What can I say the pull out couch looked like someone had bled on the cushions, the lights by the bed wall didn’t work, The toilet plumbing wasn’t commercial and over flooded the floor which I had to plunge myself, the ceiling had water stains and the A/C sounded very loud

Excellent. Gida was very friendly and helpful. The bedding for the sofa bed smelled bad. It smelled like it hadn’t been washed.

Very wide assortment for breakfast. There an attendant there to make waffles or whatever you needed. Loved the split room with sitting area apart from bed area. Small area with sink, microwave and refrigerator. Very nice. No complaints

The room smelled like sweaty gym socks, the shower floods the bathroom no matter how hard you try not to, there was no body wash in the shower and there was black mold behind the canisters in the shower.

It was where we needed to be. It was under renovation which we didn’t know until a few days before our trip. There was almost no parking due to this and our room still smelled like paint. They were putting the pull out couch into our room as we arrived. The ice machine worked one day and then neither 2nd or 1st floor worked the next.

Clean well maintained hotel with courteous staff and employees. Completely renovated meeting the high standards of the Marriott corporation!
