When Expedia would not help relocate my family and I, the staff did everything they could and some even stay past their shift to make us comfortable and get us checked in after (5) five hours.

The stay was real good. It wasn't a stove for it to be kitchen area. The tv didn't work. It was the wrong remote. But other than that everything was pretty good

The only downfall was the free breakfast. It was trash. Also, the water pressure wasn’t strong enough for me and there was rust in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

The management who was on duty, ended up charging me another $100 dollars even though I booked online! Worst experience ever. It also took me about an hour and a half to check in because of the man in the front desk. The front desk man, I’ve slept here before and never had issues, but that man was terrible.
