The Jacquard delivers well on this promise. The property is beautiful and has a unique feel, and I really enjoyed the food, room service, amenities, and thoughtful touches like the complimentary tickets. My only opportunity for improvement would be consistency in the level of warmth and hospitality from the staff.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great, even though there was construction the people who had to get our car several times terrific super helpful.
-
Gorgeous property. Forgot my toiletry bag and front desk helped me with what I needed for the weekend. Bar and restaurant were lovely and food & drink were delish. Clean rooms and great location.Only negative words would be that the pool is tiny.

Had to ask to move rooms, as we had stayed in the first one on a prior visit with entirely too much foot-traffic noise. The move to room was less than we reserved and just okay!
-
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is amazing!

Room is well decorated and the bed is comfortable but the sheets were stained. Headboard had mounds of dust above it. Nice little mini fridge though. Downside the room is by far not soundproof could hear someone’s entire conversation next door. They were “out” of the aluminum refillable bottles, which drew me to the property in the first place. Breakfast ordered through Narrative was great.

service and food could be better

Room was cramped with little to no storage; not even a single hook except for one in the bathroom that makes no sense (hanging a towel there means you cannot really open the bathroom door). Room coffee maker was broken and kept overflowing. Rooftop pool was delightful with amazing views, but the concrete tiles rock back and forth as you walk over them leading to a sense of subpar construction masquerading as quality. A fine hotel with EXTREMELY DELICIOUS food (seriously all the food was amazing and much better than expected) but just left the impression that it wants to be nicer than it is.

Lovely hotel. Elevators were being worked on one day but otherwise great

Great location

Nice hotel that is convenient for walking around to Cherry Creek restaurants and shopping.

Easy, and nice.

Overall disappointed in the property, especially since it is part of the usually top notch Marriott Autograph Collection portfolio. The check in was unbelievably "rushed" and lacking of any hospitality, as the young lady largely mumbled her way through briefing us (operative word here "brief") on what the hotel had to offer, and what our additional charges would be. And speaking of charges...a whopping $68 per day to park one's car! The room itself was underwhelming, the mattress clearly was past its prime, and beyond the incessant construction directly adjacent to the hotel, which of course is beyond their control, there were nightly "thumping" sounds within the hotel proper. On the plus side, the restaurant was very good, and the rooftop pool nice as well.

The restaurant had great food and reasonable priced. There are a lot of shops and restaurants and a Whole Foods nearby.

All of the staff were very nice and always accommodating

Booked hotel for the amenities only (pool) for daughter 17th birthday. Nowhere did it mention that on Saturdays it closes at 6 to 21 and older.. as well as nowhere on the website does it mention that it’s guest only until noon and then it’s opened the public. It was also brought to my attention that several other guest have expressed same issue. Would not have stayed here if I would’ve known very disappointed.

Nice hotel, great location. Will return.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Everything was extremely clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with such an elevated and aesthetic atmosphere. The location in Cherry Creek is also perfect and makes it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. What stood out the most was definitely the hospitality. Every interaction with the staff was genuinely pleasant, and they made the entire experience feel effortless and special. I would absolutely stay at The Jacquard again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, upscale, and welcoming hotel in Cherry Creek. One of my favorite hotel experiences in Denver!

Disliked: $30/day destination fee (not optional) that forces you to spend $30 at the hotel each day or you loose it, the $30 could not be used towards approximately $70/night valet parking, admitted mistake by staff in communicating breakdown of final charges (had to challenge the bill), then I got home and got an invoice (folio) for $105 of mini bar and snack charges! I took pics before I checked out, so I had proof that I did not consume ANY mini bar or snack options. I had to challenge that fraudulent charge, which was ultimately returned to me after The Jacquard admitted a housekeeping staff error (and I tipped the housekeeping staff!). I left the General Manager a voicemail and never got a return call. I'm probably not their 1st victim in this regard. They are friendly while you're there, but CHECK YOUR BILL AT CHECKOUT & REVIEW YOUR FINAL FOLIO THAT'S EMAILED TO YOU DAYS LATER. I will return to Denver, but I will not stay at The Jacquard. Too much time and energy was spent challenging their mistakes, miscommunications, and/or fraud.
