Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Denver Airport by IHG

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the airport, and there are multiple restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. They have a nice breakfast, with plenty of hot options and good coffee.

Room, breakfast, location to airport The car parking fee isn't handled by the hotel, this could have been made clearer as it's different to nearly every other hotel.

Clean, large room, big comfortable bed. Nothing.

The shuttle driver that night was also awful. He pulled up in front of a huge puddle and never got out of his seat. Not even to help an elderly couple negotiate the puddle with their luggage. The shuttle driver Saturday morning was awesome though so it may have just been a one time thing.

Exceptional

I had requested late checkout by phone originally and reminded them again early on the day of arrival that I needed late checkout. It was told to me that there would be no problem. When I arrived the service desk told me late checkout was not available. . They did extend the time to 1:00 but not originally what was told to me. Also the attendant did not tell me I needed to pay to park at the hotel. I understand there was multiple signs but I was distracted with arriving later, and trying to get late check out. I came out the following morning to a ticket on our car. The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable beds, great complimentary breakfast and very convenient to the airport but I was disappointed in my original request along with the parking issue.

Rom was immaculate, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. The price was a little high to me.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and neat. I did not like having to pay for parking. Does the hotel not also own the parking lot? The price of the room should also include parking. Many of us do not arrive by bus. If the hotel.does not own the parking lot they need to make people aware when the book that there is a fee for overnight parking.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Made use of the parking and airport shuttle. A few more amenities for the price would have been nice.

Superb

Great local. Ten minute drive from Denver airport. Hotel was super clean. Staff very attentive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you don’t have a vehicle. They are a few within walking distance. It not really a dislike. But there is a charge for parking over night $18. That has to be paid by an app - QR code supplied. However a pain to complete especially if your an international traveller

Air conditioning in room was a bit loud and would wake me up when it turned on throughout the night.
