Location Rude and horrible staff including the manager. Front desk staff were obnoxious. Really bad experience.

he bed sheets had visible stains. At check-in, the front desk staff did not tell me where breakfast was served or provide breakfast vouchers.

The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The breakfast area was very small and located right next to the bar, which made the dining experience feel cramped and inconvenient. For a hotel that positions itself as a high-end property, I expected a much more comfortable and welcoming breakfast setting. Overall, these details did not meet the level of service and hospitality I would expect from a high-end hotel.

Clean, safe, good location. On one night the next door room was loud and surprisingly could hear quite a lot. Breakfast is not included.

Was charged a higher rate initially than the rate booked on Booking.com. I had to ask the front desk to correct the overcharge. Front desk seemed short staffed even with a conference happening. Many times I went, there was no one at the desk and I had to wait.

The location was amazing and walkable to everything we needed. The room was clean and extra towels were provided. The bar and restaurant was very nice too. The food was very good and I was pleasantly surprised. There wasn't anything I didn't like. The hotel location and staff were amazing and the hotel itself was very clean.
