Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center

Rooms were big and breakfast was a nice touch

Room was comfortable and clean Coffee maker did not work and it was not replaced as requested.

I always have a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn & Suites and always stay there when I'm in Denver.

We were put in a room with a front door that had to be slammed to close it and a bathroom door that was misaligned and wouldn’t close. We got stuck in the bathroom because if you did push it closed, it couldn’t be opened from the inside. Had to leave it open. The toaster poured out smoke when we plugged it in. Bed was horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The staff was very kind and helpful though and moved us to a better room the next day. Staff was great. But that first room should not. Be rented out! Management failure in my opinion

Clean room

Intent was to book a hotel near Empower Field and walk to the stadium. When we arrived we learned the reservation was for another hotel 22 miles away from the stadium. Although im 66 years old, I was certain the reservation was to be for the hotel near the stadium......HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT! Finding Tech Center was difficult...signage and parking lot lighting could be improved.

Hotel staff and breakfast were very good, would recommend place to stay. Enjoyed very much.

Clean location

The room was well laid out, spacious and comfortably furnished. The bed was great. The shower is amazing and well stocked.

It was a pleasant stay. The sound level from the hall to the room could have been better, but all and all the place was clean and comfortable. Staff was present and assisted with anything we asked.

Easy access feom the interstate and had a full kitchen.

Overall it was an okay visit. The issues that we had were number one, this is the most uncomfortable bed that I've ever stayed in at a Hampton inn. It was awful. It felt like the beds came with the hotel when the hotel was built. It literally sagged in the center. This is not up to Hampton standards. And why would you make door knobs turn upwards? That is completely awkward and hard when you're carrying bags. Also we stayed in a king size room, why is there no electrical outlet on both sides of the bed just one? The staff was nice in the pool was nice which is the redeeming grace. There were only three towels in the pool area and we were the first ones there that morning. And nobody ever came to fill them when people were clearly coming in and out of the pool area in the two and a half hours we were there in the pool.
