Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport

Exceptional

I was happy to book my stay at Embassy Suites as usual however, when I moved the pillows I found that there was blood and nose mucus on my pillows. Pulled the bedding back and it was very evident that the sheets had not been changed. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and disgusted by this. I have stayed at this location many, many times and this experience has changed my mind on ever staying there again. I come to Colorado at least 5 to 6 times a year and always stay there.

Clean, shiny chrome in bathroom Two rooms. Able to close bedroom door The breakfast was good One girl in reception was very nice when we arrived another girl was lazy and grouchy when I asked a question Not enough toilet paper there was 1/2 roll. Person who slept on sofa bed was cold and there were no extra blankets. In The living room, where the sofa bed is, you couldn’t darken. It was very light during the night We were 3 adults and 2 children, there were only 4 towels

Nothing Staff and food quality was bad

Things were good except parking. You have no other options for parking. You have to use their parking. No choice. And they charged 20 bucks a night to park. Sorry Embassy Suites., that's bullsh*t. Other wize the stay was okay.

Proximity to the airport and major highway is excellent; staff was very personable and responsive; quality and variety of breakfast exceeded my expectations; facility was dated -- carpet dirty and torn in places. Carpet in dire need of repair

I liked the breakfast options, lots of places to sit, the pool/hot tub, and the free two drinks at night for adults 21 and over The parking. It should just be free, it’s kind of a hassle.

The bartender Julio was AMAZING! Super welcoming and professional. The front desk staff member when we arrived was missing for the first 15 mins of our arrival but I assumed she was helping other guests. She was barely friendly but ultimately did her job…hence the 3 star rating on staff. Everyone else like the gentleman maintaining the dining area and the daytime front desk woman were very friendly. It was clean and the dining room and bar were sufficient. Solid place for an airport hotel.

Business trip Denver/Aurora, good location, close to airport, easy access to freeways, nice room, good service, definitely will be staying at this location on my next trip to Denver

Breakfast and location. We were not informed that you must request room cleaning every day. We should have been informed of this at check in or least post signs stating requirements. Evening snacks are horrible. They could take some lessons from Drury hotels.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff.
